During 2009 Manitex International announced two acquisitions bringing additional specialized engineered products into the organization and available for our customers. On July 13, 2009, we acquired Badger Equipment Company, a Winona, Minnesota-based manufacturer of specialized rough terrain cranes and material handling products and on December 31, 2009 we announced the acquisition of Load King, a specialized trailer and hauling system manufacturer, located in Elk Point South Dakota.
