Michael Coffey

Michael Coffey is the CEO of Manitex International with global responsibility for the company. He joined Manitex International in April 2022. Prior to joining Manitex, Coffey was the CEO of H-E Parts International, a global mining services company. He served as COO, CEO and Director with H-E Parts from 2008 through 2022. H-E Parts grew through 14 acquisitions before it was sold to Hitachi Construction Equipment in late 2016.

Coffey has nearly 30 years’ experience in Construction, Mining, Equipment Manufacturing and Distributions. He began his career in the industry in 1996, joining American Equipment (AMECO) a division of Fluor Corporation, Greenville, South Carolina. Coffey also served as Vice President Fleet Operations for Old Castle Materials, a division of CRH, Atlanta, Georgia.

Coffey holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Goizueta Business School, Emory University and a Bachelor’s of Science from Nyack University.
