Tami McHazlett

Director Human Resources

Tami McHazlett serves as the Director of Human Resources for Manitex North America. Tami joined Manitex in April 2024 and has responsibility for supporting human capital activities at Manitex, Rabern, and Manitex International. Tami is based in Georgetown Texas.

Tami brings over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience to Manitex, including global manufacturers KPS Global, LLC and The Manitowoc Company. A communication focused collaborator, Tami’s experience culture building and process improvement are at the foundation of her career. Tami possesses a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Tami also holds her lean six sigma green belt certification.

A lifelong advocate for underrepresented communities, Tami currently serves as a Guardian ad Litem for Travis County.
